Breakfast menu
There is a full buffet available offering a wide range of cereals, fruits, ham, cheese and pastries in addition to all the components of the traditional English Breakfast. In addition we have specialities such as Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon, Kippers and Haddock all of which are cooked to order.
Lunch and Dinner Sample Menus
Our menus change frequently in order to offer variety to our guests and to ensure the best use of seasonal ingredients. The menus below are therefore intended as sample menus – to give an idea of the style of our food but with no guarantee that you will see any of these menus or even any of the dishes on the day that you visit.

Function and Conference Menus
For functions and conferences we offer a range of buffet and function menus. Normally one of these will suit the needs of guests but if there are any special requirements we can adapt our menu accordingly.

Informal Eating
Our Lounge Menu offers sandwiches and light snacks including afternoon tea throughout the day whilst our Brasserie Menu provides more substantial informal meals at lunch and in the evening. Alternatively you may like to order from our Room Service menu which is available throughout the day and, in a more limited form, throughout the night.
